Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Use that link to check the delivery status anytime. If you don’t get a tracking email within 2 business days, please contact us.

  1. You can return products within 15 days of delivery for a free repair or exchange if there’s a manufacturing defect or malfunction, as long as the product and packaging are intact and undamaged.
  2. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and we approve a repair or exchange, Radiance Xpert covers the shipping cost for the replacement or repair. If we opt to exchange, you are not required to return the defective item.
  3. If you’ve changed your mind and the device product is unopened, unused, and in resellable condition, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. In this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. We also offer free repair services within 6 months of purchase, provided you have your receipt and warranty card. If the serial number is missing, altered, or incorrect, charges for spare parts may apply. You are responsible for shipping the product to us, but we will cover the return shipping costs after the repair.
  5. Warranty exclusions include:
    1. Products beyond the 6-month warranty period
    2. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage
    3. Missing warranty card or purchase from non-authorized sellers
    4. Unauthorized disassembly or tampering
